STEP 1
ASSESSMENT

COLLECT ANONYMOUS DATA ABOUT HOW YOU'RE EXPERIENCED AS A LEADER
Upon registration, we'll collect feedback from up to 40 people you choose, about how you are experienced in 8 universal leadership competencies and 18 corresponding skillsets, via a survey assessment. You'll receive anonymous feedback about your strengths and how you can grow as a leader via a 1:1 debrief session.

During the month between 3 hour workshops, attend a 1-Hour Training that supplements the theme of the 3 hour training. Deepen your bond with cohort participants through exercises and group discussion.

Alicia Maness, Founder
MS, OT/L, eYT, CEC, ACC

Alicia Maness, MS, OT/L, eYT, CEC, ACC supports executives and high potential leaders with cultivating interpersonal power to increase influence and impact. She holds a BA from Barnard College, Columbia University; an MS in Occupational Therapy (OT); is a licensed OT and Certified Executive Coach (CEC); accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ACC).
Through keen insights earned through studies in nervous system and mental health via modern western, Buddhist, and yogic psychologies, Alicia offers clients a vast range of human optimization tools. Alicia’s backgrounds as a mental health clinician, yoga teacher, OT/activity-based skill-building facilitator, and corporate creative for Fortune 500 companies—give her a range and depth of knowledge to engage clients in a transformational process. She weaves scientific understanding of holistic approaches to performance with practical, tactical tools. In 2022, Alicia was one of seventeen change agents invited to join the inaugural cohort of Forefront, a leadership accelerator for the rising stars in the leadership development space, powered by #1 Executive Coach Marshall Goldsmith and his Top 100 Coaches.
